A thought that's a bit OT, but you could potentially make a couple of the changes (more spellpower/haste and reduced hit) by offsetting the reduction of +hit on those items with the Plush Sash of Guzbah belt http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40696 It offers +33 Hit, +68 Spellpower and is yellow socketed, so add another +16 Hit with a gem - a total of +49 hit.
