I can solo the Ilum 2-man with 2 of my 3 level 50 characters now. There's no requirement for a specific crewskill at a specific level, time spent with a deployed companion, or random chance involved, so I'd definitely recommend saving those fancy gifts (purple ranks 4-5) until you get beyond this point. :)

From 6000-7999, you can still get unlimited quantities of any green rank 2 gift, which gets you 190 affection for 6K credits - a less appealing deal, but there is no limit on how many of these you can snag. The question then becomes whether it's worth your time and credits to use a crewskill slot for gifts, or whether you can snag the last bit of the affection from quests.Green Armadillohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15564045048380177626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-826986957606858027.post-39906501222205316992012-06-05T19:58:31.761-04:002012-06-05T19:58:31.761-04:00Uhm... actually companion gifts are really not too...Uhm... actually companion gifts are really not too bad if you have a mission crew skill :) At the higher levels, 2k credits will easily net you a gift that can grant up to 400+ affection :)LifeDeathSoulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11404279628138864603noreply@blogger.com
